Project includes: a plaza along 15th Street with public art, a mid-level plaza with tables, overlooks, pedestrian and bicycle trail improvements, bank stabilization, and native plantings.

Project includes: Xeric gardens around a gazebo/bandshell, which was provided by the local Rotary Club, a plaza, a large lawn area, playground expansion, a basketball court, a custom shelter, interpretive signage, landscape and irrigation improvements.
