| We work with clients to negotiate bid prices from qualified contractors or administer the public bidding process. Careful attention to bid conditions and contract language ensures a fair bidding process. We recommend contractors based on qualifications, prior experience, price and ability to meet the project schedule. Our involvement in the construction process is essential. It may range from periodic site visits to observe the construction process to full-time construction administration. Our role is to make sure the project is being constructed according to the plans and specifications. We maintain and distribute project documentation from regular construction progress meetings to detailed field reports. We take pride in having minimal change orders or additional costs on our projects during the construction phase. |
