Once a conceptual design plan or master plan is completed, we further refine the plan and details during design development.  Cost estimates are refined and reviewed regularly to keep the project within budget.  Our grading and drainage plans are intended to integrate the proposed improvements with the existing landforms.  Our meticulous attention to detail and extensive experience working with contractors enable us to prepare construction plans and specifications that are complete, concise and clearly define the design intent to reviewing agencies and potential bidders.
