A physical link to Westminster’s City Hall and a symbolic link to their sister city of Westminster, England, this unique park provides an imaginative play experience based on the classic Peter Pan story, a community gathering space in the interactive London street grid plaza, and an amphitheater used for community shows, performances, and events.
