Andrew is currently a student at Kansas State University and will graduate in May 2026 with a master’s degree in Landscape Architecture and a graduate certificate in Urban Food Systems. Andrew enjoys working on projects that can have impacts on communities and the people that live within them. He also enjoys discovering the hidden histories and narratives of a site to enhance the site design.
Andrew grew up on a small family farm in rural Missouri, which is where he found his love for all landscapes, especially the agricultural landscape. His career aspiration is to reintroduce agriculture to urban areas while designing productive urban landscapes to build local and sustainable food systems. During his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, especially while gardening or visiting botanic gardens.
